A One-Pager is a short document that makes an initial conversation about a startup easier. Its purpose is not to squeeze the entire business plan onto one page. A reader should quickly understand whom the product serves, what problem it solves and why a further conversation would be useful. Describe the product in plain language in the first paragraph. Unclear terminology and oversized promises obscure the main message.

The problem and solution should match. Show a specific customer situation and explain what the product changes in it. In the market section, record the source of numbers and the reasoning behind calculations. If reliable data is unavailable, do not present an assumption as a fact. A product screenshot, a simple operating principle or a short use case may be clearer than a long list of features.

In the team section, describe experience relevant to the project. Revenue, user numbers and other outcomes should include their date and scope. If there are no outcomes yet, honestly describe the work completed and current testing stage. If you seek funding or a partnership, explain how the requested support will be used. Do not present planned outcomes as achievements.

Finish with contact details and a concrete next step. Add a version date, check every link before sending and make sure the PDF is readable on a phone. The AllinFund One-Pager tool is intended to help prepare this structure. Figures, project stage and business terms must remain consistent across Azerbaijani, English and Russian versions.
